About Us:
At Marconix Sales Solutions, we are a fast-growing sales and marketing consulting firm helping brands scale their presence and performance. We are now looking for a dynamic and talented Website Developer to join our in-house team and take complete ownership of UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, and web/mobile tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end website design and development (UI/UX, frontend, backend)
• Build responsive, user-friendly web pages and interfaces
• Develop dynamic websites, web apps, and mobile-compatible platforms
• Work independently on design-to-deployment cycle
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize site functionality and design

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in website development
• Strong knowledge of WordPress development, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like Bootstrap, React, or Angular
• Excellent UI/UX design understanding
• Proven experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong WordPress development skills (preferred)
• Experience in building and managing web applications and mobile-friendly platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage full development cycles
• Good understanding of SEO best practices for web design
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
• Work from Office profile – Bangalore-based candidates preferred
• Hindi speaking ability is an added advantage

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop
• Knowledge of hosting, DNS management, and domain handling
• Experience with website speed optimization and plugins
