We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer who excels in both website UI design and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create visually compelling graphics. This role requires someone who can take ownership of the visual design process from concept to execution, ensuring our digital and print materials align with our brand's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design:
• Design intuitive, engaging, and consistent user interfaces for websites and web applications.
• Ensure all designs adhere to usability and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Graphic Design: and Web Developers
• Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including social media, marketing materials, advertisements, and print media.
• Develop branding materials such as logos, brochures, and promotional items.
• Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity across all channels.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to refine design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate the brand.
• Miscellaneous:
• Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines.
• Keep an organized library of design assets.
• Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design and UI design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and other relevant tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including UI/UX and graphic design.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
