Urgent requirement Business Development- Deal Closure
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Deal Closure with a proven ability to drive final-stage sales. This individual will focus on nurturing warm leads, conducting presentations, handling objections, and ensuring successful project sign-ups. The role demands high-level interpersonal skills, an understanding of the healthcare industry, and a sharp focus on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with pre-qualified leads and guide them through the final stages of the sales funnel
· Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with decision-makers (doctors, hospital administrators, investors, etc.)
· Present turnkey solutions with clarity and confidence
· Customize proposals and solutions to suit client-specific requirements
· Address concerns, handle objections, and negotiate pricing/contracts when needed
· Collaborate with the pre-sales and project teams for smooth transition post-deal closure
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly closure targets
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
· 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, or infrastructure domain
· Proven track record of closing high-value deals
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and drive results
· Willingness to travel for client meetings (within Mumbai or nearby regions)
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in selling services or turnkey projects to healthcare professionals
· Familiarity with hospital/clinic operations and decision-making processes
· Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language .
Compensation
- Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives
- Travel allowance as applicable
