WebEngage is a customer data platform and marketing automation suite that makes user engagement and retention simplified, A 13 year vintage rock solid SaaS play growing near-profitably on the back of great product and service experience, Offers a single dashboard solution to consumer companies to unify and analyse their customer data, engage with customers across multiple channels and personalise every message including in-line content on the web / mobile apps, We work with thousands of brands worldwide, across industries like E-Commerce, Edtech, Fintech, Foodtech, Media & Publications, Gaming, BFSI, Healthcare, and Online Retail, One of the hottest global SaaS companies, we've been recognized by G2 as a Marketing Automation Leader in Asia 2021, Responsibilities Design and implement high-scale and secure infrastructure, Plan and own your slice of the infrastructure roadmap, Enhance security practices around everything infrastructure, Drive organization-wide infosec and compliance programs like ISO, SOC2, etc Review operational efficiency of infrastructure and research ways to make it better, Design and operate robust scaling of distributed technologies, Research and implement innovative methods for reducing cloud costs, Boost platform reliability by setting up platforms like CI/CD, centralized logging monitoring, observability, and more, Automate robust provisioning of the entire infrastructure, Design and perform dry-runs of BCP and DR practices, Monitor critical metrics and help reduce reaction time to incidents, Measure system resilience and track performance and availability SLAs, Requirements E/B 1 to 4 Years of experience in running high-scale cloud infrastructure Strong fundamentals in Linux/Unix Administration and Networking, Hands-on experience with Shell scripting, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Go, Extensive hands-on experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP Experience in deployment automation, CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, GitLab) and monitoring tools like Prometheus, DataDog, Sentry, OpenTelemetry Knowledge of databases, architecture of distributed technologies (kafka, elasticsearch etc), JVMs, web servers (nginx), proxies (ha-proxy) An intrinsic desire to go deeper beneath the abstractions offered by new-age systems, Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Kubernetes) Experience with B2B software is preferable You have experience in gathering, translating and prioritizing customer requirements and defining product roadmaps, Life At WebEngage We take transparency very seriously, Along with a full view of team goals, get a top-level view across the board with our monthly & quarterly town hall meetings, A highly inclusive work culture that promotes a relaxed, creative and productive environment, Practice autonomy, open communication, growth opportunities,while maintaining a perfect work-life balance Perks & Benefits Learning is a way of life, Unlock your full potential backed with cutting-edge tools and mentorship (Macbook for Engagers!)
