To scale our impact and presence, we’re looking for a Partnership Manager who can identify, initiate, and manage strategic collaborations and ecosystem partnerships that drive growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, understands both product and service ecosystems, and wants to contribute meaningfully to early-stage success. 💼 Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and close strategic partnerships with relevant platforms, communities, brands, creators, influencers, and service providers. Negotiate win-win deals, barters, co-marketing campaigns, and ecosystem alignments that create visibility and revenue. Maintain strong partner relationships and actively manage collaborations from start to execution. Work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align partnerships with business goals. Explore partnership opportunities for distribution, affiliate programs, media features, event co-hosting, and KOL outreach . ✅ You Are: A proactive networker with a strong grip on business communication and relationship building. Experienced in handling partnerships, influencer management, community-led growth, or BD (2+ years preferred). Strategic, organized, and excited to grow with early-stage brands. Bonus if you’ve worked in Web3, events, SaaS, media, or marketing-focused partnerships. 🕒 Work Format: Remote – work from anywhere Flexible hours – outcome-focused, not time-tracked 5 working days per week Start part-time or freelance with opportunity to grow into full-time core team 💰 Compensation: Profit-Sharing Model (Initial 3 Months) – Earn based on leads, deals, or results from partnerships you bring in or contribute to.
