Description
As a Web3 Growth & Marketing Lead, your role will be crucial in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across crypto ecosystems, with a focus on Solana. Your responsibilities will include leading multiple token launches, building and scaling active Web3 communities on platforms like X, Telegram, and Discord, and implementing data-driven growth strategies using advanced analytics and marketing automation tools. You will be accountable for overseeing end-to-end growth operations, lifecycle marketing while ensuring full compliance, and upholding brand integrity in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape. **Core Requirements:** - 4+ years of proven experience in Web3/Crypto growth, with at least 2 successful token launches (strong preference for Solana experience). - Expertise in managing Twitter, Telegram & Discord communities, AMAs, KOL partnerships, and community health. - Proficiency in Lifecycle & Email Marketing with a strong understanding of compliance regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL. Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or HubSpot. - Strong analytical skills using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, cohort analysis, experiment design, and on-chain analytics (Dune, Flipside, The Graph). Knowledge of SQL is a plus. - Solid grasp of Tokenomics including incentives, vesting, liquidity, and behavioral design. - Familiarity with brand safety, risk management, and crypto policy compliance. - Exceptional writing skills covering content creation and campaign reporting. **Technical Skills - Nice to Have:** - Deep knowledge of the Solana ecosystem including Raydium, Orca, Jupiter, Anchor. - Experience in creator economy operations and performance-based KOL programs. - PR & event strategy for Web3 including analyst and conference relations. - Familiarity with AI/LLM campaigns, RAG workflows, and integration with IRMA Engine or similar tools. **Tool Stack You'll Use:** - Analytics: GA4, Mixpanel, Dune, Flipside, SQL. - Marketing Ops: Segment, Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable. - Community Tools: Discord (Wick, MEE6, Sesh), Telegram management. - Creative: Figma, Adobe CC, video/podcast tools, AI content with guardrails. **Preferred Qualification:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Web3/Crypto growth and marketing. - Proven track record of managing token launches and growing Web3 communities. - Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, with a preference for Solana. - Proficiency in data analytics tools and marketing automation platforms. - Solid grasp of email compliance regulations. - Excellent communication, analytical, and storytelling skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and global environment.
