Web & Graphic Designer

Web Designer duties and responsibilities: Design and develop new interfaces for users Develop website design strategy for new website builds with a focus on user experience Work with SEO specialist on optimizing site content You will be involved in UI / UX meetings and provide your expertise and initial mockup sketches. You will contribute to a style guide that dictates our web app's colors, fonts, and design patterns. A strong appreciation for user-centered design Excellent collaboration skills to work with teams across Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business. Use design standards, guidelines, and best practices Web Designer requirements: 2+ years of Web Design/Graphics Design experience Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media & Arts program Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio Knowledge of web design while using HTML and CSS is a plus point Be a proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud with good knowledge of Social post designing Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Excellent communication skills - you have a way with words & can connect easily with others Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you know Responsive designing for Multiple screen?
