Job Summary:
The Kika, a cutting-edge creative agency, is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Web Developer at The Kika, you will play a key role in bringing digital experiences to life, contributing to the development of innovative websites and web applications for our diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Develop responsive and visually appealing websites and web applications that meet client specifications.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web development technologies.
• Implement and maintain web solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services and databases.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues in the development process.
• Keep abreast of web security best practices and implement necessary measures to ensure the security of web applications.
• Collaborate with other developers and actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in web development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with backend development and knowledge of server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).
• WordPress knowledge and Integration.
• Familiarity with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong understanding of web architecture, user experience, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• A portfolio showcasing previous web development projects is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
