Web developer Team leader

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer Team Lead who can guide a team of developers and take ownership of project delivery across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of web and app development frameworks, and the ability to architect scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple technologies (PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React, etc.)
• Design, develop, and deploy robust web applications and software solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
• Ensure coding standards, performance optimization, and security compliance are maintained.
• Collaborate with the project management, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve development processes and productivity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Work closely with clients (when required) to understand requirements and propose solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer / Web Developer Lead.
• Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (React.js / Vue.js / Node.js).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms (WordPress, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading a team of developers in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,065.32 - ₹43,699.49 per month
