Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated WordPress & Shopify Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in customizing, developing, and maintaining websites on both WordPress and Shopify platforms, with a strong foundation in , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The role involves building custom themes, plugins, and integrating third-party APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Customize existing themes and templates based on requirements.
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs).
• Optimize WordPress sites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Shopify Development

• Customize Shopify themes and liquid templates.
• Develop custom apps or functionalities in Shopify using PHP or other APIs.
• Manage Shopify product uploads, collections, and third-party integrations.
• Optimize Shopify store performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Provide support and maintenance for Shopify websites.

General Development

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient PHP code.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers.
• Ensure proper documentation of work and version control (Git).
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in , MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience with WordPress theme/plugin development.
• Proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating and customization.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or a related field.
• Equivalent work experience or certifications in web development is also acceptable.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

• Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify Plus, or Headless CMS.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue (bonus).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
