Web Designer/Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and responsive websites, customizing WordPress themes, and ensuring an excellent user experience across devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
• Customize and maintain WordPress themes, templates, and plugins
• Convert designs (Figma, XD, or PSD) into fully functional web pages
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to deliver high-quality UI/UX
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance
• Regularly update, maintain, and troubleshoot existing websites

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in web design and front-end development
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (v4 or v5)
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, including theme customization and plugin usage
• Ability to work with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices for web design
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WooCommerce
• Knowledge of basic PHP for WordPress customization
• Familiarity with cPanel, FTP, and hosting environments
• Exposure to tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
