As we grow our digital presence, we are looking for a skilled Web Designer/Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our online platforms and ensure a smooth, user-friendly experience for our customers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Web Designer/Developer with 3–4 years of experience to manage the design, development, and maintenance of our company websites and e-commerce portals. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end design and basic back-end development, with a keen eye for detail and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages
• Maintain and update existing websites (WordPress, Shopify, or custom platforms)
• Ensure websites are SEO-optimized, fast, and mobile-friendly
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for promotional landing pages
• Implement UI/UX best practices to improve customer engagement and conversions
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and compatibility problems
• Manage integrations with payment gateways, forms, chat plugins, etc.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in web design and development
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with SEO basics and performance optimization
• Basic knowledge of PHP or other backend scripting (preferred)
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Must have own laptop and reliable internet (if remote)
• Candidates based in Jodhpur preferred but remote candidates will also be considered
