Key Responsibilities-

• Design and implement visually appealing, responsive websites from concept to launch
• Translate brand identity and business requirements into engaging digital experiences
• Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Maintain and update existing websites for performance and UX improvements
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile usability
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools like Figma, Adobe etc.
• Ensure design consistency across different browsers and devices
• Stay current with web design trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications-

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of work
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
• Experience working with CMS platforms (especially WordPress and/or Shopify)
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

• Advanced experience customizing WordPress themes and Shopify templates
• Familiarity with Liquid (Shopify’s templating language)
• Basic SEO knowledge and best practices for on-page design
• Experience with eCommerce and conversion-focused design
