Web Consultant (Telecaller)

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce SparkCloud’s services and generate leads
• Consult with clients to understand their web and digital marketing needs
• Provide expert advice on website design, performance, and strategy improvements
• Track and analyze website performance through web analytics tools
• Support the sales team with technical insights and customized solutions
• Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver effective website solutions
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure conversions and long-term engagement

• Strong

  to engage clients and generate leads
• Consulting ability to advise clients on website improvements and strategies
• Proficiency in basic

  Web Analytics

  to evaluate performance metrics
• Knowledge of

  Web Development and Design

• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
