About the Role

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for digital platforms, including social media, web, ads, emailers, and presentations.
  • Use

    Figma

    ,

    Photoshop

    ,

    Illustrator

    , and other design tools to create visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
  • Assist in designing

    landing pages, banners

    , and web layouts that are responsive and user-focused.
  • Collaborate with marketers, content creators, and developers to execute campaigns and deliverables.
  • Adapt brand guidelines across multiple formats and campaigns.
  • Take feedback positively and make necessary revisions swiftly.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in

    Figma

    , Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
  • Basic understanding of web layout and user interface design.
  • Strong eye for detail, composition, typography, and colour.
  • A portfolio showcasing your best work across digital and web design.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with Canva, Webflow, or basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Branding knowledge or experience designing for D2C brands.
