Web and Mobile sales Specialist

As a Development Sales Manager at Growing Pro Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for promoting and selling web and mobile application development services to international clients across various industries. Your role will involve identifying potential clients through research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking. You will be expected to initiate and maintain strong client relationships, understand their requirements, and propose tailored solutions. Additionally, you will drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, managing contract discussions to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company. Engaging effectively with global clients, managing communication across different time zones will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in web and app development services. A strong understanding of software development solutions, industry trends, and client needs is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required, along with a proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals. Experience in managing long sales cycles and international client relationships is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc., is a plus. You should be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
