Web and Graphics Designer

Responsibilities

• Understand design briefs to fulfil client’s requirements.
• Conceptualise visuals based on the requirements.
• Prepare a rough draft to showcase alternative ideas.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Understanding of colours and appropriate use in layouts for each graphic.
• Test all graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback/input from senior or client.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing as per requirement.
• Ensure all designs are mobile-optimized and comply with web accessibility standards.
• Ensure consistency in design across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
• Collaborating with clients and cross functional team.

Qualification and skills

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or relevant role for 1-3 years after qualification.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics that demonstrates design ability.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Affinity Designer, Inkscape, Pixlr, Figma, Sketch etc.)..
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS; experience with web development is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and finer details.
• Time management and multitasking ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in designing.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi or any local language.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
