Hiring: Web & App Developer – Financial Services (On-Site Only)

Location: Delhi/NCR

Experience: 2–6 years

Role Type: Full-time

We are looking for a versatile Web & App Developer with strong capabilities in Front-End UI/UX, Back-End Development, and Data Analytics to build a high-performance platform in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing seamless interfaces, scalable backend systems, and data-driven features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, modern front-end interfaces for web and mobile

• Implement clean, intuitive UI/UX workflows

• Build and maintain efficient backend systems and APIs

• Work on data analytics, dashboards, automation, and insights

• Integrate third-party APIs and services

• Ensure platform scalability, speed, and security

• Collaborate with the in-house team on-site

Required Technical Skills

Front-End (UI/UX)

• React, Next.js, Vue or similar frameworks

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

• Experience designing dashboards and user flows

• Performance optimization for web/mobile

Back-End Development

• Python / Node.js

• API development (FastAPI, Django, Flask, Express)

• Authentication, caching, session management

• Handling large datasets and automation pipelines

Data & Analytics

• ETL pipelines, data processing, automation workflows

• Working with large datasets & generating insights

• Data visualization experience (charts, dashboards)

Databases

• PostgreSQL / MySQL (strong command)

• MongoDB / Redis / Elasticsearch (optional but preferred)

• Database schema design & optimization

Infrastructure & Tools

• AWS / GCP / Azure (basic deployment knowledge)

• Git, CI/CD workflows

• Docker
