Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Franchisee & Partner Acquisition:

Acquire potential new Sub-brokers / Partners for Mutual Fund (SB & IFA).
Work on inactive Sub-brokers to make them active.

Sales & Revenue Management:

Deliver Mutual Fund (SIP & Lump-sum) and Insurance (LI, GI & HI) targets.
Manage 90% of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio.

Service & Relationship Management:

Ensure 100% service delivery to assigned partners.
Conduct SB engagement programs every month.
Advise Sub-broker clients on investment ideas based on risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs, etc.

Who You Are:

Fresh graduate or candidate with relevant experience from the Broking industry.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Outgoing personality and confident when interacting with people of higher seniority.
Open to work in a target-oriented environment.
Willing to take initiative and think creatively.
