Wealth management and Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage High Net-Worth (HNI) and affluent clients for their wealth management and investment needs.
• Provide personalized investment advisory across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, bonds, insurance, and other financial products.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and digital channels.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing or new opportunities.
• Cross-sell relevant products aligned with client goals and risk profile.
• Maintain long-term client relationships with consistent service and engagement.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets in line with company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics (MBA/CFP/NISM preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and insurance products.
• Proven track record in managing HNI/retail client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and ethical in approach.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
