Key Responsibilities: Acquire and manage high-net-worth (HNI) and affluent clients for their investment and financial planning needs. Understand client requirements and provide personalized investment advisory across mutual funds, PMS, AIF, bonds, insurance, and other wealth products. Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels. Conduct portfolio reviews and suggest rebalancing or new investment opportunities. Cross-sell relevant financial products in line with client risk appetite and goals. Maintain client relationships with a high level of service and regular communication. Coordinate with internal product and operations teams for seamless transaction execution. Meet monthly sales and revenue targets as per company goals Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Commerce/Economics preferred); MBA/CFP/NISM certified candidates will be preferred. Strong understanding of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and insurance products. Proven ability to manage HNI/retail client relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and ethical in approach.
