Join our growing team as a Wealth & financial service associate, where you’ll empower clients to invest smartly across equities, mutual funds, and other asset classes, including insurance. This role combines financial insights with hands-on broking expertise to help clients build and manage their portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including wealth management solutions, insurance products, and investment vehicles. Handle trading activities across equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and IPOs. Understand client goals and recommend suitable investment strategies. Generate revenue through brokerage and cross-selling financial products, including insurance sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement. Achieve monthly sales and targets. Stay updated with market trends, news, and product developments. Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange norms, and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. Minimum 1–5 years of experience in stock broking/wealth management/Insurance sales. NISM certifications will be add on benefit. Strong understanding of capital markets, investment instruments, and client handling. Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
