Job Description

We're Hiring Sales Manager (SM) | Life Insurance Agency Channel

Role Responsibilities

Achieve Life Insurance sales targets through effective advisor team management
Recruit, mentor, and develop commission-based agents
Oversee agent activity plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Conduct weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and maintain Sales MIS
Motivate advisors and support them in structured career progression programs
Promote the use of CRM Agent Portal for efficient customer servicing and cross-selling opportunities

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Sales (Life Insurance/Agency Channel preferred)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
