Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for our social networking platform. The role involves building scalable features, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience.


Key Responsibilities & Requirements (Having):

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
  • Experience with state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
  • Built social media-like apps with features such as feed, video upload, chat, and push notifications.
  • Strong grasp of performance optimization (caching, lazy loading, memory management).
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services.
  • Exposure to SDLC processes and automated testing frameworks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve defects, crashes, and performance issues.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
  • Ability to document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
  • Commitment to staying updated with Flutter advancements, mobile development trends, and best practices.


Good-to-Have:

  • Integration with cloud services (Firebase, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of security best practices (secure storage, API handling).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, Codemagic).
  • Published apps on App Store / Play Store.
