Role Summary

Vidya Vikash Group of Institutions is seeking passionate, skilled, and student-focused educators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should combine subject mastery with engaging teaching methods to mentor students for both school curriculum and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective lessons as per CBSE curriculum and (where applicable) competitive exam syllabus.

• Simplify complex concepts with practical examples and problem-solving techniques.

• Prepare question banks, assignments, and mock tests.

• Provide doubt-clearing sessions and individualized mentoring.

• Integrate technology, simulations, and modern pedagogy into classroom teaching.

• Track student progress, share constructive feedback, and guide for improvement.

• Actively participate in workshops, academic planning, and faculty development programs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

o Techno Physics Faculty : B.Tech / M.Tech (Physics-related specialization) OR M.Sc. Physics

o PGT Physics: Master’s Degree in Physics with B.Ed.

o PGT Mathematics: Master’s Degree in Mathematics with B.Ed.

o PGT English: Master’s degree in English + B.Ed.

o TGT English: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English + B.Ed.

• Minimum Experience:

o Techno Physics Faculty / PGT Physics / PGT Mathematics – 2 years of relevant teaching experience.

o PGT English / TGT English – Minimum 2 years of CBSE medium teaching experience (mandatory).

• Strong academic record and command over subject.

• Prior experience in JEE/NEET/Foundation coaching (preferred for Techno Physics Faculty).

• Excellent communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate students toward excellence.
