Locations:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Understand risks and offer suitable insurance solutions.
  • Manage renewals, endorsements, and modifications.
  • Support clients with claims, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain policy data, compliance documentation, and client MIS.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal departments.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years in GI client servicing.
  • Strong product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ability to manage corporate clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies and manage strong pipelines.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Achieve premium and revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with claims, underwriting & operations.
  • Prepare MIS reports and track business performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong GI product knowledge.
  • Ability to drive independent revenue growth.

3. Motor Underwriting (Private & Commercial)

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate motor insurance quotes (Private & Commercial) using internal tools based on risk factors.
  • Handle all fresh motor insurance quote requests entered in CRM.
  • Prepare RFQs and share with insurers, coordinate for queries and additional information.
  • Negotiate quotes and terms with insurers to ensure best pricing and coverage.
  • Prepare comparison sheets of insurer quotes for internal teams.
  • Submit finalized quotes to Client Servicing for client communication.
  • Issue motor policies and cover notes online; manage renewals and send renewal notices.
  • Maintain and update records, RFQs, quotes, and policy details in CRM.
  • Coordinate closely with CS, Sales, and insurers for smooth processing.
  • Assist in inspections for break-in cases and follow-up on inspection reports.
  • Support business closure and meet assigned targets.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the HOD.

Candidate Profile:

Motor Insurance Specialist with experience in quote calculation, insurer coordination, RFQ handling, policy issuance, renewals, and CRM documentation. Strong in negotiation and client coordination.

  • Manage facultative business from Indian & international markets.
  • Handle underwriting, placements, submissions & documentation.
  • Coordinate with reinsurers and underwriters globally.
  • Respond to underwriting queries and manage renewal cycles.
  • Prepare MIS reports and track placements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of facultative RI.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage treaty underwriting and placements.
  • Process submissions as per RI guidelines.
  • Maintain post-placement documentation (cover notes, slips).
  • Coordinate with accounts for claims, premiums & cash calls.
  • Manage renewal reminders, MIS and regulatory reports.
  • Maintain cedant and reinsurer database with FRN/ratings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate; specialization in Insurance preferred.
  • Associate/Fellow of III preferred.
  • Strong communication & MS Office skills.

6.

Locations:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treaty & facultative accounts.
  • Process premiums, recoveries, reconciliations.
  • Prepare bordereaux, statements & auditor reports.
  • Coordinate with reinsurers, brokers & internal teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • B.Com / M.Com with strong Excel skills.
  • Good communication and accuracy in reporting.

7.

Locations:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full cycle of corporate Non-Motor claims.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, insurers, and clients.
  • Visit loss sites and guide on mitigation steps.
  • Maintain claims data and ensure timely settlement.
  • Handle audit queries and manage documentation.
  • Follow up with insurers, TPAs & surveyors.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong claims handling experience.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Office.

8.

  • Manage local branch operations.
  • Handle follow-ups and assignments given by management.
