Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Campaign Oversight & Execution: Digital Campaign Management • Execute the annual digital marketing calendar in collaboration with brand team, creative team & external agencies • Establishing pre-campaign benchmarks for digital marketing campaigns, videos/animations, social media, etc. • Design campaign briefs for the agencies • Informing on micro-targeting and personalization of campaigns • Co-create (with agency) A/B test plan & targets basis benchmarks • Drive a KPI driven approach in all digital marketing campaigns • Coordinate with agency for creatives & media buying • Monitor the overall output of external agencies (Content Marketing, Social Media, ORM, etc.) 2. Agency Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies to provide feedback on campaign strategies, assets, and performance. Ensure campaigns are executed as per agreed timelines, quality standards, and objectives. 3. Approval Management: Oversee the approval process for all digital assets (content, creatives, etc.), ensuring that all necessary sign-offs are obtained on time from all dept heads and that feedback is communicated promptly to agencies. 4. Quick Turnaround & Timely Deliverables: Maintain an efficient workflow by ensuring all assets and campaign materials are reviewed and approved quickly, allowing campaigns to launch without delays. 5. Brand & E-commerce Shoots: Coordinate brand and e-commerce shoots, ensuring content aligns with marketing strategies and is ready for campaign use. 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and measure the performance of campaigns once live, working with agencies to gather insights and data. Share regular updates with internal teams and stakeholders.
