Junior SMO Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Create and plan content ideas for social media platforms.
Prepare monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns.
Publish engaging posts, reels, carousels, and platform-specific content.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond within TAT.
Identify and manage online reputation concerns.
Coordinate with designers and video teams for creatives and video shoots.
Track performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.

Requirements:

Any UG Degree
02 years
of experience in Social Media Management / SMO.
Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
Strong communication skills and creative thinking ability.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

Experience in increasing engagement and follower growth.
Knowledge of latest social media trends.
Basic video content planning skills.
