AI Custom Model Expert

Role Overview

As an AI Custom Model Expert, you will work on developing domain-specific AI models, optimizing existing models, and integrating them into scalable applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about applied AI and end-to-end model ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy

  custom AI/ML models

• Work with

  LLMs (open-source & proprietary)

  for domain-specific use cases
• Perform

  data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• Optimize models for

  performance, accuracy, latency, and cost

• Implement

  model fine-tuning techniques

  (LoRA, PEFT, prompt tuning, RAG, etc.)
• Deploy models using APIs and integrate with existing products
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve results
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in

  Machine Learning & Deep Learning

• Hands-on expertise with

  Python

• Experience with

  PyTorch / TensorFlow

• Knowledge of

  LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision

  (any one required)
• Experience with

  custom model training & fine-tuning

• Familiarity with

  vector databases

  (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Understanding of

  model deployment

  (FastAPI, Docker, cloud platforms)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  

Good to Have

• Experience with

  RAG pipelines

• Knowledge of

  MLOps

  (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD)
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Background in

  education, healthcare, finance, or SaaS AI products
