About Wholesale Banking Product Group
Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products. WBP Trade team focusses on doing Trade Finance & Supply Chain Finance business with customers such as the Large and mid-corporates, MNC, PSUs across industries like Infrastructure, Engineering, Chemicals, Oil& Gas, Metals, textiles etc. The Trade Finance business emphasizes doing business with higher rated corporates with a focus on garnering a higher share of the cash flows by providing Trade & SCF related working capital facilities.
About the Role
WBP Trade - Platform Implementation & Commercialization Team is Responsible for end-to-end digital onboarding and implementation of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions for corporate clients. The role ensures seamless integration of products like LC/BG, invoice/bill discounting, buyer/supplier finance, and host-to-host platforms with a strong emphasis on client experience and digital adoption.Key Responsibilities
.Oversee implementation of digital trade platforms (LC, BG, SCF, Open Account, etc.) for corporate clients.
.Coordinate with RMs, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance for timely and accurate setup..Drive digital onboarding, client training, and integration (API, host-to-host)..Drive integration with client ERP systems, APIs, and SCF portals for enhanced digital journeys..Engage with fintech partners, vendors, and clients for co-innovation and platform improvements..Provide training and walkthroughs on online portals, dashboards, and transaction monitoring tools..Ensure paperless onboarding through e-documentation, digital KYC, and workflow approvals..Manage multiple implementations in parallel with strong project governance and client communication..Gather client feedback and work with product/tech teams to improve platform usability.QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:Graduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA preferred) from a recognized institute.Role Proficiencies:.Deep understanding of trade products: LC, BG, Factoring, Invoice Discounting, Reverse Factoring, etc..Hands-on experience in digital onboarding, portal integration, and API-based implementations..Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (UCP 600, URDG, RBI trade guidelines)..Excellent stakeholder and project management skills..Strong communication and client training abilities..Strategic thinking and problem-solving orientation..Digital and innovation mindset.
