No of Vacancies1Reports to:Is a Team leaderYTeam Size15GradeSR VICE PRESIDENTBusinessCorporate BankingDepartmentWholesale Banking ProductsSub-DepartmentWBP SCF ProductsLocationWorli Corporate OfficeAbout WBPWholesale Banking Products (Trade & SCF) unit is responsible for driving and facilitating growth in various corporate products viz Traditional Trade fice, Supply chain fice, Guarantee, digitization & Risk Distribution It also focuses on Digitalisation, Product innovation and implementation, business analytics, portfolio management and strategic initiatives alongside coverage segments for expanding trade in ETB / NTB baseThis is a senior lead role for the SCF team The SCF team provides SCF products, customised digital solutions across full breadth of banks non-retail clients The Product Management team is critical in product ideation, creation and deployment, with special focus on digital solutioning/journeysProvide direction and strategy for the SCF teamGood understanding of market dynamic, especially in digital spaceGood understanding of latest technology and regulatory changes that affect SCF businessLead and drive development of strategic SCF Products with ability to conceptualise, develop, write product papers, present and obtain committee approvalsEnsure team owns the product end to end, including creation of documentation, operational processes, reporting and regulatory requirements etcDrive go to market strategy, identify target client sets, develop marketing collaterals required by Sales teamFocus teams efforts on training and equipping Sales and RM team to market product to identified client set and join Sales/RM, wherever required in client pitches/discussionsLead think tanks that conceptualise and articulate digital journeys for SCF products to deliver superior UI/UX for clientsOversight on Reporting/ MIS, and addressing Audit queries internal and external, in time bound mannerEnsure team focus on hygiene items such as weekly sales MIS, ensuring delivery of periodic reports as required by policy/regulationEnsure close monitoring of SCF portfolio and drive corrective measures for stress portfoliosTeam ownership of digital aspect of the product end to end, including creation of journeys and deploymentPartner closely with Sales teams on go to market strategy, identify target client sets, develop marketing collaterals required by Sales teamConceptualise and articulate digital journeys for SCF products to deliver superior UI/UX for clientsEnsure oversight on ;risk assessment and credit underwriting of SCF products like Dealer Fice/Vendor Fice/Factoring and Reverse FactoringTeams understanding on the customer profile, performing ficial analysis & determining the credit worthiness of the Anchornecessary due diligence of the prospective AnchorMonitoring the existing SCF portfolio to maintain its quality and ensuring compliance with the bank guidelinesConducting review / renewal of SchemeMaintaining acceptable TAT for various tasks such as conducting rating, preparation of appraisal note, renewals, etcQualificationsMBA Fice with 18-20 years of banking experience with at least 10 years SCF experienceRole ProficienciesFor successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following :Superior leadership and team management skillsStrategic thinker especially in digital solutionsExpertise in Supply Chain Fice deal structuring, credit processes, technology and regulations etcExcellent communication skills
