No of VacanciesReports toTeam Lead Channel Analytics & New InitiativesIs a Team leaderYTeam Size4GradeAVP - VPBusinessCorporate CenterDepartmentWholesale Banking OperationsSub-DepartmentWBO - CBOLocationCO- MumbaiAbout Wholesale Banking OperationsWholesale Banking Operations manages the entire life cycle of the Wholesale Banking customers, it also caters to the various other requirement of non-retail borrower accounts under Wholesale banking The department is responsible for smooth functioning of all the Wholesale Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedingsAbouttheRoleTeam Lead - Channel Analytics and New Initiatives are responsible for timely review of Loan Disbursement TAT at Pan India level, Rolling out New Initiatives, Process simplification and Automation, Finalizing the WBO Budget and measures to keep expenses under controlPeriodic review of loan disbursements and ensuring LOS/CPS TAT at Pan India level by conducting concalls and video conferencing on regular intervalsReview of various New Initiatives and Implementation of Ideas which contributes to Process simplification and Handing IT issues related to CBO domainTimely and accurate submission of internal returns/notes to various stakeholders & Top managementPublishing Various dashboards on timely basis like LOS/CPS TAT, SPD data, TSR-Valuation dataCandidate should have fair knowledge in Credit & Operations Analysis of new processes and Process improvement / Enhancement / Automation related to Credit OperationsFixing of the Budgets for various Units, Monthly Review of Unit Expenses and strategies to reduce the CostMonitoring of Corporate Advances Service Request TAT which leads to better and faster service to the BorrowerResponsible for Finalizing the WBO KRAs at the FY beginning, Uploading of Targets and Achievement of all WBO staffEnsuring Regulatory compliance in all processesHandling manpower related activities of Credit OpsPreparation of various deck & dashboard to Top ManagementQualificationsGraduate/ Post Graduate form a recognized institute10-15 years of relevant experienceRole ProficienciesKnowledge of banking products and servicesKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to train, coach and mentor others
