Purpose of the Job/Role
- The role is crucial in ensuring that the wax setter having knowledge of various setting process like Prongs, Bezel, Pressure, Round Channel, Buget Channel, Invisible (Princess Setting) wherein to take good quality wax setting pieces are used in casting process to meet Jewelry with highest standards of quality and design.
  1. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
    - To Implement and maintain quality control standards for wax setting.
    - To ensure the checking of assigned Wax Pieaces.
    - To ensure the Diamond Bag checking and Counting the Diamonds.
    - To do perfect setting of Diamond in Wax wherein checking the all sides of Level of Diamond in every pieaces.
    - To do perfect Prong Melting & final Setting
    - To Keep detailed records of inspections, issues identified, and actions taken.
      1. KPI
        
        To be competent, the user/individual on the job must be able to:
        
        To complete the 1500 Appx Pieaces of Wax Settings for per day in various wax setting categories.
        
        Ability to spot minute imperfections and understand their impact on the final product.
