Warranty Executive

Job Brief: Being a Warranty Executive you are responsible for all warranty related issues, to support Warranty Manager. When it comes to warranty you are the reliable competent interface between workshop colleagues and Warranty Manager. With your expert knowledge, technical competency and good communication skills you promote the brand and product image and therefore contributing to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibility Area (KRA)

• You are reliable, trustworthy, and able to show excellent communication and coordination skills while dealing with customers and concerned colleagues.
• Responsible for warranty decision for the product defects reported to workshop
• Manage and oversee all warranty-related processes and claims.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with service teams to handle warranty repairs and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and service reports.
• Liaise with customers and vendors regarding warranty issues.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Train and support staff on warranty procedures and customer service best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance warranty service delivery.
• Update workshop personnel on latest warranty policy changes.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in the same field in Passenger vehicles.
• You have good knowledge of Office appliances (e-mail programs, e.g. MS Office, the Internet, e-business, intranet, etc.)
• Proven experience in warranty management within the Automotive vehicle industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for managing warranty claims.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
