Warehouse Worker

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse worker to support warehouse operations at our FMCG plant. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, operating forklifts/material handling equipment, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the warehouse premises. The Warehouse worker shall play an essential role in the smooth functioning of supply chain and timely dispatch of materials.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Load, unload, move, and stock materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other handling equipment.

· Assist in receiving goods, verifying quantities and quality, and checking for damages, if any.

· Pick, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch as per the order requirements.

· Maintain accurate records of material movement in coordination with warehouse team.

· Ensure proper labelling, storage, and management of goods.

· Follow warehouse safety guidelines, good housekeeping practices, and adherence to company policies.

· Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in physical verification of inventory when required.

· Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors immediately, if any.

· Support in maintaining minimum stock levels and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

· Cooperate with internal teams (purchase, dispatch, accounts) for smooth warehouse operations.

Skills Required:

· Experience in forklift operation and other material handling equipment.

· Knowledge of safe loading/unloading and storage practices.

· Physical fitness and ability to lift/move materials when required.

· Basic understanding of warehouse processes and inventory handling.

· Discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass preferred

· Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations with forklift/material handling equipment preferred.

· Valid forklift license/certification shall be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
