Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Warehouse Supervisor at our Bengaluru location. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory control, and forklift operation. The role requires ensuring that all warehouse activities run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. The supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team, coordinating with other departments, and implementing best practices to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills to effectively manage a warehouse team and ensure smooth operations
• Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling skills
• Proficiency in Inventory Control to maintain accurate stock levels
• Forklift Operation skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
