Team Coordination
Materials Management
Inventory software stock entry / Images upload
Materials Purchase Follow Up
Staff attendance maintenance
Temporary staff attendance
Weekly wages calculation & payment
Total ware house expenses accounts maintenance
Warehouse Maintenance Activities

Responsibility:

Any Bachelor's degree or Degree/Diploma in Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related to Event Management Industry.
Proven experience (X years) in event planning, coordination, or management, with a track record of successful events.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to Event Management.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
