Job Description

Maintain accurate accounting records related to warehouse operations, including operational expenses, inventory adjustments, and cost tracking.
Coordinate with operations and inventory teams to validate GRN, stock movement, consumption, and inventory adjustments.
Monitor inventory valuation and stock-related entries, ensuring system records align with physical inventory reports.
Support inventory reconciliation activities, including cycle counts, shrinkage analysis, and variance reporting from an accounting perspective.
Ensure proper documentation and posting of operational expenses, maintaining cost center accuracy.
Prepare operational MIS reports covering cost analysis, expense trends, and inventory-related financial data.
Support internal and external audits by providing inventory and operations-related financial records and reconciliations.
Maintain strong controls over operational spending, highlighting variances and potential risks to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
