Warehouse Supervisor

Be part of the exciting expansion journey in vibrant kitchens and our organic farm. **Role Overview:** As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, storage, and dispatch. Your role includes leading the warehouse team, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and driving operational efficiency in line with Salad Days" quality commitment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, and dispatch. - Manage inventory control, conduct stock audits, and ensure accuracy of MIS reports. - Implement FIFO and FEFO methods to maintain food freshness and reduce wastage. - Supervise warehouse staff, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. - Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely material availability. - Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance space utilization and efficiency. - Monitor vendor deliveries, returns, and maintain strong vendor relationships. - Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports, suggesting process improvements. - Handle escalation and problem resolution related to warehouse operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in QSR / Cloud Kitchen / FMCG / Food & Beverage sector. - Proven experience at Assistant Manager level or higher in managing end-to-end warehouse operations. - Proficiency in MS Office, MIS, and warehouse management software. - Strong team management, leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. - Sound knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and compliance requirements.,
