Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our team and take charge of day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves managing the stocking, storage, and dispatch of products efficiently, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and smooth workflow in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly. Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and dispatch of products. Ensure timely and error-free dispatch of orders to customers/distributors. Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth transportation and delivery. Monitor product storage to maintain quality and prevent damage or loss. Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse management. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of products. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the warehouse. Support management in optimizing warehouse processes for efficiency.
