Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in inventory handling The ideal candidate will lead the warehouse team and implement processes that align with our commitment to operational excellence and customer-centric manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods Ensure proper documentation and accurate inventory management using warehouse management systems (WMS) Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment adhering to GMP and ISO standards Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff for continuous performance improvement Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, stock levels, and discrepancies Drive process improvement initiatives and reduce operational bottlenecks

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word) Knowledge of warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and documentation Understanding of GMP, ISO, and related compliance standards Experience with ERP systems (eg SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy

Key Skills:

Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

Education:

Any Bachelor s degree

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
