Order & Dispatch Management: Oversee the end-to-end dispatch process for all online orders across marketplaces and D2C channels. Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inward and outward flow of inventory. Monitor and maintain real-time stock levels, preventing stockouts or overstocking. Delivery SLAs and logistics KPIs: Customer Experience & Issue Resolution, Ensure best-in-class customer experience by minimizing order delays and errors, Proactively address customer complaints related to order dispatch, shipping, and returns. Team Management: Handle and groom staff members for efficient dispatch and logistics operation Logistics Management: Order tracking and timely delivery
