Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor at our company in Mumbai/Bhiwandi, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day warehouse operations for pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, regulatory compliance, team supervision, health, safety & environment protocols, coordination with various departments, and logistics optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials following SOPs. - Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, and report discrepancies promptly. - Ensure compliance with GDP, maintain accurate documentation, and support audits. - Lead and supervise warehouse assistants, forklift operators, and helpers, and train them on SOPs and safety procedures. - Enforce safety protocols, maintain warehouse conditions, and handle temperature-sensitive materials with care. - Coordinate with various departments and logistics partners for timely and cost-effective dispatches. Qualifications & Requirements: - Education: B.Pharm / D.Pharm with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience. - Experience: 4-6 years in warehouse operations, preferably in pharma or healthcare sectors. - Knowledge: Understanding of GDP, GMP, warehouse SOPs, WMS/ERP systems, and pharmaceutical documentation. - Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions. Work Schedule: - Full-time position, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with general shift hours. - May require overtime based on dispatch schedules and occasional Saturday work as per business needs.
