Warehouse Operations Executive – Apparel

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 

  MRN & GRN

   process – verify delivery challans, and invoices
• Record product details in 

  POS/ERP

  , generate 

  article codes & barcodes

  , and perform 

  QC

  .
• Maintain accurate 

  inventory records and MIS reports in Excel.

• Coordinate 

  online order fulfilment

   with warehouse, store, and office teams.

• Coordinate with delivery partners

   to ensure 

  timely dispatch and delivery

   of products.
• Support 

  stock audits

   and report discrepancies or delays.
• Communicate updates clearly and 

  write basic professional emails

   when required.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years

   of experience in 

  warehouse/MRN/inventory operations.

• Good in basic 

  Excel

  .
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in 

  email writing and documentation.

• Experience in 

  fashion, retail, or e-commerce

   operations is a plus.
