Hoovu Fresh – Warehouse Manager (Pune)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience) + Performance Bonus
About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Pune. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building systems from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
· Finalize and set up the new warehouse space in Pune
· Recruit, train, and manage warehouse and delivery staff
· Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations — receiving, packing, dispatch
· Ensure freshness, quality control, and inventory accuracy
· Coordinate with clients and internal teams for order fulfillment
· Track key performance metrics and streamline workflows
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or operations (FMCG/perishables preferred)
· Prior experience in setting up new operations is a strong advantage
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and English
· Comfortable with early morning shifts and fieldwork
