We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee e-commerce logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of goods from sellers to sorting centres and from sorting centres to distribution hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise inbound shipments from sellers and vendors to the warehouse.

· Oversee sorting, labelling, and packaging of goods and sorting of orders based on destination hubs and priority levels.

· Ensure goods are properly scanned, documented, and stored for smooth dispatch.

· Plan and manage the transfer of goods from the sorting centre to distribution hubs.

· Identify bottlenecks in Middle Mile processes and implement solutions.

· Lead and train a team of shift in charges, supervisors, and floor staffs.

Requirements:

· 5+ years’ Experience in First Mile and Middle Mile warehouse operations like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart.

· Proven experience in managing 200+ teams, fostering a collaborative work culture, and driving performance improvements.

· Experience in managing large hub of 50000/- sqft area and handled shipment of 1Lakh per day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
