Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years in warehouse or e-commerce operations. Skills: Team supervision, inventory control, problem-solving. Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred. Location: Willing to work in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Language: Proficiency in Hindi and basic English. Requirements: · 5+ years’ Experience in First Mile and Middle Mile warehouse operations like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart. · Proven experience in managing 200+ teams, fostering a collaborative work culture, and driving performance improvements. · Experience in managing large hub of 50000/- sqft area and handled shipment of 1Lakh per day.
