Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and process-oriented Warehouse Manager who can own the end-to-end warehouse operations (both in-house and 3PL), lead a team with authority and empathy, and ensure operational stability. The ideal candidate is execution-strong, data-driven, and confident in standing their ground with stakeholders while presenting logical, solution-oriented arguments.

This role is critical to reducing the daily operational load on leadership and building a stable foundation for scaling forward initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution & Control

• Own day-to-day warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound, returns) with focus on accuracy, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce SOPs for every warehouse function.
• Ensure all KPIs (TAT, accuracy, productivity, cost per order/transaction) are consistently met.

Team & Priority Management

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff (executives, supervisors, helpers) to deliver peak performance.
• Drive manpower planning and optimize workforce allocation to changing priorities.
• Maintain discipline, fairness, and high morale within the team.

Process Orientation & Improvement

• Standardize processes across in-house and 3PL warehouses for consistency and compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce safety, compliance, and audit requirements without compromise.

Stakeholder & 3PL Management

• Manage 3PL partners for SLA compliance, escalation handling, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for internal stakeholders (procurement, sales, finance, customer service).
• Push back or negotiate constructively with logic, data, and confidence when expectations are unrealistic.

Data & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and present warehouse KPIs and cost metrics to management with actionable insights.
• Use Excel/BI tools to interpret operational data for decision-making.
• Prepare weekly/monthly review decks highlighting performance, risks, and improvement areas.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving

• Anticipate potential operational risks and proactively design mitigations.
• Balance daily firefighting with long-term process stabilization.
• Solve problems with a “first principles” mindset while maintaining practicality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with exposure to both

  in-house and 3PL setups

• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage 20+ member teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-savvy – advanced Excel, reporting, and presentation skills (PowerPoint, BI tools a plus).
• High execution drive, process discipline, and logical decision-making ability.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
