Warehouse Manager (Ecommerce B2C)

As an experienced Warehouse Manager in the E-commerce industry, your role will involve strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large-scale warehouse, ensuring the delivery of daily performance targets, and supporting the FC head with operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly - Produce regular reports and statistics such as IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc. - Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency - Arrange and plan out warehouse layout, plan routes, and process shipments - Resolve any problems or complaints that may arise - Supervise, coach, and train the team for optimal performance - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets - Maintain metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements in warehouse operations - Work proactively with various departments to optimize efficiencies and manage expectations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of proven working experience as a warehouse manager/ Operation/ Station/ Hub/ Last Mile Manager in the E-commerce sector - Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices - Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives - Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases - Leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders Additional Details: - Job Type: Full-time - Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) - Work Location: In person In this role, your expertise in warehouse management, leadership skills, and ability to implement process improvements will be crucial for the success of the warehouse operations.
