Job Type: Full Time | 6 Days Working | 10 AM to 8 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at our Hyderabad facility. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker

with a hands-on approach, responsible for designing and implementing robust systems for

inventory management, stocking, and logistics. Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless

flow of goods, from receiving to dispatch, maintain impeccable inventory accuracy, minimize

damages, and lead a high-performing warehouse team. You will have the autonomy to design

and implement robust systems for inventory management, stocking, and logistics, essentially

building our warehouse processes from the ground up.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3-6 years of proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing warehouse systems, processes, and inventory control procedures.
• Strong practical knowledge of inventory management best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP software (experience with Focus is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Operations will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the furniture, hardware, or building materials industry.
